I want to start attending classes. Do I need a membership?
Not yet! We recommend you attend at least one class in order to see if you like it before committing to a membership. Until you’ve decided that you love it (and we will do our best that you do!), you can pay as you go.

I want to buy a membership. When does it start?
Our memberships all begin on the day of your purchase and are set to automatically recur unless you cancel them 20 days before they are due to renew themselves. If you ever have any questions about your membership, you can always contact us. Funnily enough, this doesn’t apply to PayPal, so if you’re paying for your membership via PayPal and have some questions, just contact us. We’re here.

I’m a student! How do I get my 15% discount?
Simply type in the code STUDENTLIFE into the discount box! You may be asked to show your student ID card at the first few sessions, so please be sure to have it with you. If you think you may apply for a student discount but aren’t sure, just contact us.

I signed up for a class, but now I won’t be able to attend. What do I do?
If you know you can’t come, please unregister from the class in case another student was hoping for a spot, and because otherwise the instructor will be waiting for you. If you unregister up to 24 hours before the class was due to start, you will automatically receive your refund within 3-5 days. If your refund doesn’t appear, contact us! Unfortunately we are unable to refund you after the 24 hour deadline has passed: this is to protect our instructors and their time.

Is there a minimum for class attendance? 
Yes. All adult classes must have a minimum of 3 students (in some cases: 4) otherwise they will be cancelled. If a class does not meet the required minimum of 3-4 students, you will be notified 24 hours in advance that the class is being cancelled, and you will receive a full refund. So we encourage our students to sign up for their classes early in the week! The above is not always applied to kids classes, in case of a cancellation, parents will be notified 24 hours prior to the class with an email and a full refund.
