Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions cover all the classes provided by Inverted Ltd. Before attending, you should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you find yourself unable to agree to them, you must not book or attend the classes. By booking or attending a class, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions herein in their entirety. Inverted Ltd may make reasonable change to terms and conditions at any time. These changes will be displayed at the studio for one full calendar month. It is your responsibility to review this change. If at anytime you are not happy with any amended changes, please contact Invertedaberdeen@gmail.com.

 
General

  • No observers.
  • No person is to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • If you had a baby in the last 12 weeks, a note from your midwife or GP is necessary for attendance at any classes.
  • You understand that photographs taken at the studio may be used on the studio’s website and social media. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken during a class, please notify your instructor.
  • Responses to requests shall be made within 24 hours dependant on volume of requests and management availability. Any queries can be directed to 00 44 (0) 7835 027160 or at Invertedaberdeen@gmail.com

All Classes

  • For your safety a warm up and cool down is provided for every class. If you are late and/or miss the warm up, it is at the discretion of the instructor whether you are allowed to attend or not due to safety and disruption of the class. Please arrive 5 minutes before to allow time to prepare.
    No refund, substitution or transfer will be given if you are late and are not permitted to attend the class.
  • Bookings can be made through our booking site. We do accept drop ins and paying in cash but this does not secure your place in the class in the case that the class is already full.
  • If you are pregnant, please notify your instructor. A note of permission from your GP/midwife will be necessary to attend any classes.
  • No participation if you have any serious injuries.
  • Pole classes are for 16 years and older.
  • Aerial classes are for 18 years and older.
  • Children classes are above 10 years old.
  • Classes are subject to availability and places shall be allocated on a first come first serve basis via our booking site or upon arrival.
  • A health and safety form must be completed upon your first attendance to any Inverted Ltd classes via our online booking site or by hand upon arrival.
  • No transfers, refunds or substitution can be made within the 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • Booking with us implies that you shall follow all instructions given by our staff. A booking can be terminated during a class if any behaviour causes, or could cause, an unsafe or disruptive environment for the other students. This is down to managerial discretion and no refund will be given.
  • When training, be mindful of your fellow students as there might be different disciplines present in the space at the same time. Please be respectful of your instructors, the space and other students training at any time.
  • There are no refunds, transfers or substitutions once a pack has been purchased.
  • Different packs have different validation periods, please check on our booking system for more information.

 Open sessions 

  • All of the above applies
  • Open studio sessions have instructors present for supervision but not for teaching. This is not a time to learn something new or teach your friends and fellow students.
  • Instructors will not teach moves during the open session and we ask that students refrain from teaching one another new moves for safety purposes.
  • Please, do not attempt moves that you haven’t been taught from a professional instructor during a class at Inverted Ltd. You need to be able to warm up and cool down safely by yourself.
  • Open sessions can be level restricted. Please book the session that is appropriate to your level, otherwise the instructor has the right to ask you not to participate in the session. No refunds will be given.
  • Our Open studio sessions offer the time to use the apparatuses and practice movements you have previously been taught by a qualified instructor. No move should be attempted unless it has been taught in one of our classes. If you are not 100% confident in attempting any movement then it should not be attempted. No Inverted Ltd moves should be attempted without a mat AND spotter unless told otherwise by your teacher. If you are seen to be putting yourself or anyone else at risk you may be asked to leave with no refund.

Workshops

  • All of the above applies.
  • No drop-ins allowed.
  • There are no refunds offered on the purchase of a slot in any workshop we host, however transfers or substitutions can be arranged by the purchaser. Once purchased, all sales are final.

Parties

  • Health and safety form must be completed on your first attendance at Inverted Ltd.
  • Minimum 3 people for any party.
  • Booking with us implies that you shall follow all instructions given by our staff. A booking can be terminated during a class if any behaviour causes, or could cause, an unsafe or disruptive environment for the other students. This is down to managerial discretion and no refund will be given.
  • For your safety a warm up and cool down is provided.
  • Your allocated timescale is non-negotiable once booking is confirmed. If you are late to your booking, time will not be added on and your session will end at the pre-agreed time.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time to allow for administration.
  • A 100% deposit is to be taken on booking with 50% being non-refundable. If the event is not paid in full with at least 48 hours notice, the event will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • If a cancellation is made 48 hours before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit. If a cancellation is made any time after the 48-hour notice period, no refund will be given.
  • Once purchases are made there will be no refunds or transfers. The allocated time you are given will not be changed once booked. If you arrive late, Inverted Ltd has no obligation to complete your full time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late your party will be cancelled, no refund will be given.

Cancellation

  • In respect of classes, transfers will only be issued if 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation. No transfers of substitution will be made should you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of a class. If a class is cancelled by Inverted Ltd, you will receive a refund.
  • In respect of parties, partial refunds will only be issued if 48 hours notice is given for cancellation. Deposits are only refundable if the cancellation took place 48 hours before the scheduled class, 50% of total deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that you arrive timeously for classes/ blocks/ workshops/ parties as latecomers may not be admitted.
  • Cancelling your membership: Customers must give 20 days notice when cancelling.

Merchandise

  • If collecting merchandise from the studio you will be asked for your signature on receiving the item.
    When purchasing in person no refunds will be given unless the goods were sold faulty.
  • Not for sale out with Inverted Ltd.

Studio Hire

  • Payment for studio hire must be made by bank transfer in the name of the renter.
  • We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.
  • A liability form will have to be signed before rental can begin.
  • A member of staff will be present before and after to allow access to the studio and may remain in the vicinity during your rental. In the event that no one is present, you will be required to collect a key the day before and arrange for the return.

 Property Policy

Property and belongings are brought to and / or left at Inverted Ltd is entirely at your own risk. We will accept no liability for loss or damage to any property or belongings.
