Acrobalance

Learn all the crazy, fun things you can do when your only training equipment is your body!

Acrobatic classes involve static & dynamic moves on the floor, with a partner, and with the group. We learn to work as a team as we learn how to spot correctly, prevent injury, and the importance of dialogue.

Learn to trust yourself; learn to trust others – and get to know your body in a whole new way.

Aerial Fundamentals

This complete beginner class will give you the chance to try out aerial hoop, trapeze and silks. In this class you will learn the fundamental skills you need to progress into one of our specific beginner level aerial disciplines. Your instructor will let you know when it’s time for you to move on the next level, which can be as little as a few weeks before you’re able to choose your preferred apparatus.

Aerial Classes: hoop, silks, rope, trapeze

We offer classes dedicated to each aerial discipline at all levels. If you ever wanted to fly, now is the best time! Our only requirement is to attend the fundamental classes prior to that, unless you have taken classes somewhere else. Each discipline is taught by a different teacher passionate about the apparatus.

Beginning with the various climbs, to choreographies, to drops, and even Vertical Theater Method, these classes will give you aches in muscles you never knew you had, and an intense passion for aerial dance. We’ll build up your core, upper body strength and flexibility too.

Aerial Hammock

This class is mixed level so you don’t have to have any aerial experience to attend as the class will be tailored to the experience levels of students’ attending. Whether you’re into dynamic movement or slow elegant flow, aerial hammock is a great apparatus to truly express yourself. Please note this class is not aerial yoga.

Appropriate clothing: please do not wear any clothing with zippers or metal elements which may catch on the fabric and rip our gorgeous hammocks. Please also remove all jewellery including rings, dangling earrings and any watches/fitbits etc.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a playful way to practice yoga using a low hanging fabric slung like a hammock.

The weightlessness allows for deeper stretches & greater freedom of movement whilst building core strength – twice the benefit for half the effort! Poses that would otherwise be restricted become more accessible, making this a great class for all levels – irrespective of experience.

Kids’ Classes

Join us for this kids class to introduce your child to the world of circus! Through imaginative play, games and physical activities children will learn about body awareness, movement, listening, coordination and creativity.

All aerial apparatus are rigged at a low level so they will be introduced to aerial movements in a safe environment.

Kids’ classes go by terms, which consist of 7 classes. This includes one week rehersals and an End of Term showcase for the family!
